Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Christies in Amsterdam held the auction 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam, which included the work Blue Painting #8 by Joseph Marioni. It changed hands for a price of EUR 6,930.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Marioni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Yellow Painting". in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 77,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blue Painting #8 von Joseph Marioni zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 6.930,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joseph Marioni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Yellow Painting". im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 77.400,00.
