The work Ohne Titel, 1970 by Josef Staub was sold in the Swiss Art auction at Christies in Zurich in September 2012. The »bidding war« ended at CHF 6,600.00 (€ 5,461.33), 32% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Josef Staub have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Apollo in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 30,000.00.

Die Arbeit Ohne Titel, 1970 von Josef Staub wurde im September 2012 in der Auktion Swiss Art bei Christies in Zürich versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von CHF 6.600,00 (€ 5.461,33) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Josef Staub auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Apollo im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 30.000,00.
