In the PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS auction, the work A Village Street sold for NLG 4,465.00 (€ 2,146.09) - well above the upper estimate of NLG 2,200.00. This high result makes A Village Street the most expensive artwork by Joop Kropff that we have observed at auctions so far.
