In June 2019 Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work New Age Demanded (Futurismo Silver) by Jon Rafman. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,724.45), 67% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jon Rafman; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot New Age Demanded (Swerveman Silver) sold at auction in February 2018 with the realized price of USD 50,000.00 (€ 40,946.69).

Im Juni 2019 führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit New Age Demanded (Futurismo Silver) von Jon Rafman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 33.724,45) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jon Rafman; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit New Age Demanded (Swerveman Silver) im Februar 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 40.946,69).
