Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Easter) by Jon Pestoni was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in December 2019. The price achieved of USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,350.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jon Pestoni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Loose Turn in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 43,750.00 (€ 41,422.08).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Easter) von Jon Pestoni kam im Dezember 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.350,41) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
