A top price for John Tunnard
The work Display by John Tunnard was sold in the The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951 auction at Christies in London in November 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 90,000.00 (€ 133,652.82). With this result, Display is even the most expensive work of art by John Tunnard that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Display von John Tunnard wurde im November 2006 in der Auktion The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951 bei Christies in London versteigert.
