Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by John Sonsini could be acquired at Sothebys in Online in March 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Edgar And Enrique, 2008 changed hands for USD 11,000.00 (€ 8,928.57) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Sonsini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Gabriel, which sold at auction in November 2011 for USD 43,750.00 (€ 32,520.63).
