Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Australian Mirka'S Studio by John Perceval was auctioned at Sothebys in Melbourne in November 2009. It changed hands for a price of AUD 43,200.00 (€ 26,342.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of AUD 35,000.00 – 45,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Perceval achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Australian Ship'S Graveyard in November 2007 with an auction result of AUD 468,000.00 (€ 281,921.57).

Die Arbeit Australian Mirka'S Studio von John Perceval kam im November 2009 bei Sothebys in Melbourne zur Auktion.
