Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John MacWhirter - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Exile's Garden, which sold at auction in May 2019 for GBP 18,812.00 (€ 21,294.06).
