Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2015 Christies in New York held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale Session II, which included the work Kathy by John Kacere. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 68,750.00 (€ 62,534.11). Other works by John Kacere have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 85,250.00 (€ 106,217.75) in May 2012 for the work Lorena.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale Session II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kathy von John Kacere zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 68.750,00 (€ 62.534,11) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von John Kacere haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 85.250,00 (€ 106.217,75) im Mai 2012 für die Arbeit Lorena beobachtet.
