Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by John Kacere was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September last year. The price achieved of USD 22,680.00 (€ 23,183.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by John Kacere have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lorena in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 85,250.00 (€ 106,217.75).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von John Kacere kam im September letzten Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 22.680,00 (€ 23.183,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von John Kacere auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lorena im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 85.250,00 (€ 106.217,75).
