The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,479.36) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Golden retrievers and a terrier is the most expensive artwork by John Hamilton Glass that we have observed at auctions so far.
