It achieved a price of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 15,448.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Admittedly, works by Johannes Lingelbach have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Peasants Dancing The Tarantella Outside An Inn In A Hilly Italianate Landscape in December 2011 with an auction result of GBP 97,250.00 (€ 116,470.61).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 15.448,84) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johannes Lingelbach auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Peasants Dancing The Tarantella Outside An Inn In A Hilly Italianate Landscape im Dezember 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 97.250,00 (€ 116.470,61).
