Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2019 Grisebach held the auction Herbst 2019 - Third Floor, which included the work „Die Farbtabelle für das Bild „Weite Deine Seele““. by Johannes Geccelli. It changed hands for a price of EUR 875.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 700.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johannes Geccelli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „GRAMERCY SCHLANK“. in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 27,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2019 führte Grisebach die Auktion Herbst 2019 - Third Floor durch, in der auch die Arbeit „Die Farbtabelle für das Bild „Weite Deine Seele““. von Johannes Geccelli zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 875,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johannes Geccelli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „GRAMERCY SCHLANK“. im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.500,00.
