It achieved a price of EUR 5,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jörg Immendorff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ende Gut, Alles Gut (All'S Well That Ends Well) in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 288,000.00 (€ 426,949.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit „Cafè de Flore“. von Jörg Immendorff wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Herbst 2019 - Third Floor bei Grisebach versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 5.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jörg Immendorff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ende Gut, Alles Gut (All'S Well That Ends Well) im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 288.000,00 (€ 426.949,66).
