Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Sound of Autumn by Jiang Hongwei was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,563.99) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Hongwei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring Breeze in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 1,480,000.00 (€ 152,370.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Sound of Autumn von Jiang Hongwei kam im Mai 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.563,99) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Hongwei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring Breeze im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.480.000,00 (€ 152.370,31).
