Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 1,912.00 (€ 2,747.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Jeremiah Meyer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Student In The Robes Of A Westminster Scholar in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 16,100.00 (€ 20,525.22).
