Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work 'On the Spaaren' by Jan van Couver was sold in the BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES auction at Christies in London in September 2000. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,527.50 (€ 2,555.97). Other works by Jan van Couver have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 3,840.00 (€ 3,184.61) in September 2005 for the work Dutch village on a canal.

Die Arbeit 'On the Spaaren' von Jan van Couver wurde im September 2000 in der Auktion BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES bei Christies in London versteigert.
