Here, the estimate of EUR 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 645.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Baptist Kobell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Shepherd Resting In A Cowshed, While His Flock Look On in January 2019 with an auction result of USD 40,000.00 (€ 34,922.30).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Kühe auf der Weide von Jan Baptist Kobell wurde im Mai 2019 in der Auktion Alte Kunst bei VAN HAM versteigert. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 645,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Baptist Kobell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Shepherd Resting In A Cowshed, While His Flock Look On im Januar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 40.000,00 (€ 34.922,30).
