However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by James Elwood Reynolds - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Touch and Go, which sold at auction in February 2019 for USD 43,750.00 (€ 38,448.02).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 14.704,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Für andere Arbeiten von James Elwood Reynolds mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Touch and Go beobachtet, die im Februar 2019 für USD 43.750,00 (€ 38.448,02) versteigert wurde.
