Auction result well in line with expectations
The work In The Wheelbarrow by Jacob Simon Hendrik Kever was sold in the Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2006. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,160.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Jacob Simon Hendrik Kever have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A quiet afternoon in January 2001 with an auction result of NLG 41,125.00 (€ 17,995.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit In The Wheelbarrow von Jacob Simon Hendrik Kever wurde im Juni 2006 in der Auktion Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.160,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
