Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Christies in New York held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work Cosmic Events and Casual Gestures by Jacob Hashimoto. The price achieved of USD 31,500.00 (€ 32,198.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Jacob Hashimoto have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2016 the work Settling On The Forest Like Frozen Dustsigned And Dated 2010; Cardboard, Wood And Acrylic. Executed In 2010. was auctioned for EUR 42,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cosmic Events and Casual Gestures von Jacob Hashimoto zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 31.500,00 (€ 32.198,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden.
