Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2017 Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included the work Portrait (Unknown) by Jackie Saccoccio. It changed hands for a price of USD 9,375.00 (€ 7,936.17) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jackie Saccoccio - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait (Perspective), which sold at auction in May 2017 for USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,699.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2017 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait (Unknown) von Jackie Saccoccio zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 7.936,17) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jackie Saccoccio mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait (Perspective) beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für USD 30.000,00 (€ 26.699,89) versteigert wurde.
