Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Curtain by Jackie Saccoccio was sold in the Handpicked: 100 Works Selected by the Saatchi Gallery auction at Christies in New York in March 2017. The price achieved of USD 8,750.00 (€ 8,179.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jackie Saccoccio - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait (Perspective), which sold at auction in May 2017 for USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,699.89).
