The work Costume Design For Boyar Ivan Sergeevich Lykov In The Tsar'S Bride by Ivan Bilibin was sold in the Russian Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in June 2013. It achieved a price of GBP 19,375.00 (€ 22,614.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 29%. Admittedly, works by Ivan Bilibin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tsaritsa Militrissa in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 150,500.00 (€ 210,738.94).

Die Arbeit Costume Design For Boyar Ivan Sergeevich Lykov In The Tsar'S Bride von Ivan Bilibin wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 19.375,00 (€ 22.614,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 29%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ivan Bilibin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tsaritsa Militrissa im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 150.500,00 (€ 210.738,94).
