Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Vase De Fleurs by Issachar Ber Ryback was auctioned at Christies in London in February 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 5,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,098.17) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Issachar Ber Ryback achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pogrom in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 102,000.00 (€ 151,473.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Vase De Fleurs von Issachar Ber Ryback kam im Februar 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 5.250,00 (€ 6.098,17) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Issachar Ber Ryback erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pogrom im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 102.000,00 (€ 151.473,19).
