This artwork by Ida Ekblad achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2021. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work without title sold for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,305.42) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ida Ekblad - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in February 2020 for GBP 81,250.00 (€ 94,168.93).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ida Ekblad erzielte im März 2021 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.305,42) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ida Ekblad mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Februar 2020 für GBP 81.250,00 (€ 94.168,93) versteigert wurde.
