The auction ended at the price of USD 10,000.00 (€ 6,911.81), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hugh Bolton Jones have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Brook in Autumn in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 90,000.00 (€ 66,899.58).
