Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2015 Christies in Shanghai held the auction Asian And Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition by Huang Yong Ping. The price achieved of CNY 75,000.00 (€ 10,831.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 60,000.00 – 90,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yong Ping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le carte du monde in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 3,367,500.00 (€ 294,381.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2015 führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion Asian And Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Huang Yong Ping zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 75.000,00 (€ 10.831,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 60.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yong Ping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le carte du monde im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.367.500,00 (€ 294.381,13).
