Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tattoo Landscape No.2 And No.4 (Two Works) by Huang Yan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2013. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 52,500.00 (€ 4,981.98). Admittedly, works by Huang Yan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tattoo Series, Plants in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,694.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tattoo Landscape No.2 And No.4 (Two Works) von Huang Yan kam im Oktober 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 52.500,00 (€ 4.981,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Yan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tattoo Series, Plants im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 28.800,00 (€ 42.694,97).
