Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2011 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Howard Kanovitz for SEK 8,000.00 (€ 900.39). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary & Design, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Howard Kanovitz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work One By Threes in July 2020 with an auction result of EUR 62,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2011 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Howard Kanovitz für SEK 8.000,00 (€ 900,39) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary & Design, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Howard Kanovitz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit One By Threes im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 62.500,00.
