Sold at the lower estimate price
The work My Things Series: No. 1 by Hong Hao was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. The result of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,958.42) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hong Hao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Money Front in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 64,865.57).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit My Things Series: No. 1 von Hong Hao wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.958,42) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hong Hao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Money Front im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 64.865,57).
