Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2014 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work My Things No.1 And No. 8 (Two Works) by Hong Hao. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 40,000.00 (€ 4,118.12). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hong Hao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Money Front in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 64,865.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit My Things No.1 And No. 8 (Two Works) von Hong Hao zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 40.000,00 (€ 4.118,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hong Hao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Money Front im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 64.865,57).
