Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Bord De La Seine À Rangiport, Le Matin by Hippolyte Camille Delpy for USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,439.43). This price was achieved in the auction European Art Part II at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Hippolyte Camille Delpy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work July in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,530.87).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Bord De La Seine À Rangiport, Le Matin von Hippolyte Camille Delpy für USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.439,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion European Art Part II bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hippolyte Camille Delpy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit July im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 26.530,87).
