In November 2011 VAN HAM held the auction Alte Kunst, which included the work Abendstimmung by Hermann Eschke. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,580.00 72% above the estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hermann Eschke; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Shipwreck by the coast sold at auction in December 2011 with the realized price of SEK 46,000.00 (€ 5,155.63).

Im November 2011 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Alte Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Abendstimmung von Hermann Eschke zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.580,00 und damit 72% über dem Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Hermann Eschke; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Shipwreck by the coast im Dezember 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 46.000,00 (€ 5.155,63).
