A top price for Henry Gunderson - as previously expected
The work Globe Trotter by Henry Gunderson was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 10,795.00 (€ 9,929.18) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Globe Trotter is the most expensive artwork by Henry Gunderson that we have observed at auctions so far.
