Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Deux Bouquets by Henri Manguin was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2020. The price achieved of USD 63,000.00 (€ 52,728.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Manguin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Oliviers À Cavalière in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,150,000.00 (€ 1,032,779.52).
