Despite a disappointment, a good price for Henri Le Secq
In April 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work 'Chartres' (Three Statues) by Henri Le Secq for USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,027.82). This price was achieved in the auction Photographs from the Private Collection of Margaret W. Weston at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, 'Chartres' (Three Statues) is the most expensive artwork by Henri Le Secq that we have observed at auction so far.

Im April 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 'Chartres' (Three Statues) von Henri Le Secq für USD 9.600,00 (€ 7.027,82) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographs from the Private Collection of Margaret W.
