Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Trois Vues De Trèves, 1851 by Henri Le Secq for EUR 625.00. This price was achieved in the auction La Photographie IV: The Collection of Marie-Thérèse and André Jammes at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Le Secq achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Chartres' (Three Statues) in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,027.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Trois Vues De Trèves, 1851 von Henri Le Secq für EUR 625,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion La Photographie IV: The Collection of Marie-Thérèse and André Jammes bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Le Secq erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'Chartres' (Three Statues) im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.600,00 (€ 7.027,82).
