Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ceres seeking her Daughter (Bartsch, Hollstein 5) by Hendrik Goudt was sold in the Old Master, Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints including an Important Private Collection by Lill Tschudi auction at Christies in London in December 2012. The price achieved of GBP 812.50 (€ 1,002.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hendrik Goudt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tobias With The Angel Dragging The Fish (Hollstein 2) in March 2012 with an auction result of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,991.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ceres seeking her Daughter (Bartsch, Hollstein 5) von Hendrik Goudt wurde im Dezember 2012 in der Auktion Old Master, Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints including an Important Private Collection by Lill Tschudi bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 812,50 (€ 1.002,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 700,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hendrik Goudt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tobias With The Angel Dragging The Fish (Hollstein 2) im März 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.991,11).
