Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Helena Almeida could be acquired at Phillips in London in May 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Photographs auction, the work Seduzir Seduce changed hands for GBP 47,500.00 (€ 53,767.15) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Helena Almeida have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2017 by the work Ponto de Fuga (Vanishing Point) at GBP 75,000.00 (€ 85,136.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Helena Almeida konnte im Mai 2019 bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Photographs wechselte die Arbeit Seduzir Seduce für GBP 47.500,00 (€ 53.767,15) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Helena Almeida wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im November 2017 die Arbeit Ponto de Fuga (Vanishing Point) mit GBP 75.000,00 (€ 85.136,16).
