A top price for Hans Namuth
In October 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Jackson Pollock, 1950 by Hans Namuth. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,283.73). With this result, Jackson Pollock, 1950 is even the most expensive work of art by Hans Namuth that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Hans Namuth
Im Oktober 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jackson Pollock, 1950 von Hans Namuth zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.283,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Jackson Pollock, 1950 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Hans Namuth, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
