Auction result well in line with expectations
The work En revenant des Champs by Gustave Van de Woestyne was sold in the Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction auction at Sothebys in Paris in March last year. The price achieved of EUR 302,400.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Other works by Gustave Van de Woestyne have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2012 the work Portrait of Valerius De Saedeleer was auctioned for EUR 481,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit En revenant des Champs von Gustave Van de Woestyne wurde im März letzten Jahres in der Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 302.400,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 250.000,00 – 350.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Gustave Van de Woestyne konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2012 die Arbeit Portrait of Valerius De Saedeleer für EUR 481.000,00 versteigert.
