It achieved a price of GBP 2,040.00 (€ 2,277.33), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustave Jacquet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French la Bienvenue in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 375,000.00 (€ 315,179.02).

Die Arbeit Portrait of a lady with a fur lined hood von Gustave Jacquet kam im November 2020 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.040,00 (€ 2.277,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gustave Jacquet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit French la Bienvenue im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 375.000,00 (€ 315.179,02).
