This work without title by Gunnel Wåhlstrand was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2018. The auction ended at the price of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 9,645.25), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gunnel Wåhlstrand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "New Year's Day" in May 2014 with an auction result of SEK 3,600,000.00 (€ 394,574.78).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gunnel Wåhlstrand wurde im Oktober 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 9.645,25) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gunnel Wåhlstrand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "New Year's Day" im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.600.000,00 (€ 394.574,78).
