The work Trees, Yosemite Valley by Gunnar Widforss was worth SEK 32,000.00 (€ 3,494.52) to a buyer in June 2014. This price was achieved in the auction Classic Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of SEK 10,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gunnar Widforss achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grand Canyon in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 121,500.00 (€ 143,177.00).

Die Arbeit Trees, Yosemite Valley von Gunnar Widforss war einem Käufer im Juni 2014 SEK 32.000,00 (€ 3.494,52) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Classic Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 10.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gunnar Widforss erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grand Canyon im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 121.500,00 (€ 143.177,00).
