Auction result misses estimated price range
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work 'Slussen', 1952. by Gunnar Smoliansky for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,201.93). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gunnar Smoliansky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Södermannagatan, 1959', which sold at auction in October this year for SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,081.38).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 'Slussen', 1952. von Gunnar Smoliansky für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.201,93) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gunnar Smoliansky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 'Södermannagatan, 1959' beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.081,38) versteigert wurde.
