The work "Slussen", 1952 by Gunnar Smoliansky was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. It achieved a price of SEK 22,000.00 (€ 1,863.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gunnar Smoliansky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Södermannagatan, 1959', which sold at auction in October this year for SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,081.38).

Die Arbeit "Slussen", 1952 von Gunnar Smoliansky kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 22.000,00 (€ 1.863,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Für andere Arbeiten von Gunnar Smoliansky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 'Södermannagatan, 1959' beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.081,38) versteigert wurde.
