Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2008 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art including Latin American and Russian Art, which included this untitled work by Guillermo Conte. It changed hands for a price of USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,421.07) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Guillermo Conte have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2006 the work without title was auctioned for USD 8,400.00 (€ 6,545.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2008 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art including Latin American and Russian Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Guillermo Conte zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 5.421,07) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Guillermo Conte konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2006 die Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 8.400,00 (€ 6.545,62) versteigert.
