The price achieved of AUD 21,510.00 (€ 12,528.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Grace Cossington Smith have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life With Jugs in May 2004 with an auction result of AUD 203,150.00 (€ 118,694.01).
